ResortHoppa are a market leading holiday transfers and shuttles company for whom Clear Forward were tasked in Autumn 2008 to build a new website that allowed both direct customers and agents to book holiday transport between airports and resorts.

In addition, a suite of back-office support systems were developed to aid ResortHoppa’s call centre staff in managing bookings made online. Working closely with the client’s offices in Alicante, Spain, we delivered automated solutions to send SMS messages to customers to confirm their pickup date/time/location, and send daily faxes with customers, pick up details to corresponding hotels for display on their noticeboards.

The technology behind the website was developed using PHP and XML, and was designed from the beginning to be re-used as a white-label solution that could be rolled out to the company’s travel partners. Towards the end of 2008, Clear Forward developed a number of rebrands around the core technology for clients such as Low Cost Travel Group and Lastminute.com.
